What it costs
Do you charge a call out fee?
No. Having a plumber come out, assess the problem and quote the fix costs nothing at all. You only ever pay for work you have approved in writing, and if the quoted figure does not suit, nothing is owed.
How does a fixed written quote work?
Your plumber inspects the job properly, works out what it genuinely needs, and hands over one written price for the complete repair before starting. That figure is what appears on the invoice, with no hourly meter and no estimates that quietly grow.
Are nights and weekends charged at a higher rate?
There are no overtime rates here. A job handled on a Sunday night is priced exactly like the same job on a Tuesday morning: assessed, written down and charged at that fixed figure, because emergencies do not respect business hours.
What payment options are there?
Card, cash and payment plans are all accepted, so a bigger project such as a new hot water system does not have to wait for the household budget. Payment is talked through at quoting stage rather than sprung on you at the end.

How quickly can a plumber get here?

What happens after I call?
Four steps on every job. You speak to a plumber who explains what it likely means, we arrive when promised in a stocked van ready to begin, you receive the fixed written price before any work starts, and the finished job is tested and warranted.
Do the vans carry the parts needed?
Yes. Common valves, washers, flexi hoses, cistern internals and the usual hot water components ride aboard as standard, which is why most problems are resolved on the first visit instead of after a second trip to a supply store.
Can you do bigger jobs, not just repairs?
